I have a rich background in real estate investing I know will prove helpful with your investing adventures. I first got the real estate bug back in 1999 when I simply read the book, “Rich Dad Poor Dad” by, Robert Kiyosaki and Sharon Lechter. From that moment on I read everything that I could related to real estate investing. I also attended various seminars and meetings on the topic and searched out mentors to guide me on my journey.
Since that time I have renovated 5 single family homes with my own hands (and the help of family members), handled full oversight of over 20 single family home renovations, 5 apartment complexes (the largest being 104 units), earned my brokers license in the state of Missouri, opened my own independent real estate company, developed a management division to handle property management for my own properties and all my clients, and developed a solid base of crews and contractors to handle all the repairs and renovations that I may face along the way. I love real estate!
What types of deals have I done?
I have flipped properties, built a spec home, renovated properties and held them as rentals, I have handled tons of foreclosure deals, I have worked directly with banks, and I have even represented banks and listed foreclosures for them … I have been on the inside! I have also worked with investors to offer all my services as a turn-key program to allow them to invest money in real estate without having to quit their day job.

What if I want to do the rehab work myself?
Great, we offer many types of properties, from those that still need work to homes that have been renovated and have a tenant in place.
What are the occupancy inspections like in the St. Louis area?
The greater STL metro area has many municipalities, each with their own requirements and inspectors. By and large we find them to be very fair and focused on the safety of the tenant and the well-being of the property. If you’re also participating in government subsidized housing such as section 8, there can be additional inspections from their agency. Our company and the management companies we use dealt with these inspections for many years and can answer any questions you have to the best of our ability.
Can your company help us find affordable rental property insurance?
We have many companies our clients have worked with and at your request we are happy to make a recommendation to those that are investor friendly. Please note, we do not have any type of financial relationship with these companies.
